15th House Manual
Welcome to our home in Idaho! Whether you're spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This manual includes check-in information, amenities, house rules, and recommendations to help make your visit great.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns through text here or via your booking platform. We kindly request that you reserve phone calls for urgent matters.

Check-In
Check-in time is 4 PM unless early check-in has been discussed and agreed upon.
When arriving at 502 S 15th St, Unit 103, you'll find a townhouse complex with yellow stucco siding. Park your vehicle in front of the house on 15th Street, or use the gated covered space in back (see Parking section below).
Door Lock
The property has a Schlage Encode wifi deadbolt—no keys needed during your stay. To unlock the door:
- Press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
- Type in the code we sent you
- The door will automatically unlock
The code works on both the front and back doors. If you see a lockbox, please ignore it and use the keypad instead.
Note: The electronic lock automatically locks after 4 minutes. If you get a red X when typing the code, a number may have been accidentally pressed—try again. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll check the lock right away.
House Rules
We appreciate your respect for our space and these guidelines:
- No house parties
- Strict no pets policy (pet cleaning fees start at $500)
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors (you may smoke/vape outside; smoke remediation fees start at $1,000)
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
- Music should be played at a reasonable level; quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM
Check-Out
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
- Close any windows that were opened, turn off lights, lock the back and side doors, and lock the front door by pressing the lock button on the bottom of the e-lock keypad
Amenities
- Bedrooms & Sleeping: The house has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. There's also a fold-out couch in the living room if you need additional sleeping space.
- WiFi: Network: ARRIS-C609 Password: dirt.751.blast
- Coffee: A Keurig-style coffee maker is available in the property. We provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
- TV: The living room has a smart TV. Simply press one of the apps and log in for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV to access hundreds of channels.
- Laundry: Complimentary in-house laundry is available to all guests. The washer and dryer are located at the top of the stairs in the closet. We provide detergent. Please clean out any lint from the dryer after use, as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.
Parking
Free street parking is available in front of the home. There's also a gated covered space in back.
To use the gated space:
- Head around to the alleyway behind the condos
- You'll see a keypad on the left side (driver's side) of the alleyway
- Type in code 1201 and the gate will open
- Park in space 3; the door directly in front of you is the back entrance to the house
- Your door code works on this entrance as well
Garbage
The garbage is located out the back door near the gate of the parking lot. Walk to the gate and look to your right—the door there leads to the trash cans and dumpster.
Mail & Packages
USPS Deliveries: USPS will not deliver to the mailbox. If you're expecting a letter or package, call the post office and have them hold it at their hub for you to pick up. The property has a keyed mailbox, and we do not provide the key or open it during your stay.
Package Deliveries: Regular packages should be left at the door without issue, but we cannot guarantee delivery. We recommend providing accurate instructions to the delivery person if you're ordering something. Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
If you leave personal items behind at the property, we're happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be aware that there will be a shipping cost and a fee for our time involved that must be paid before we can ship the items.
