This manual covers everything you need to know about the property, from check-in procedures to house rules and amenities. Check-In
Check-in time is 4 PM unless early check-in has been arranged in advance.
When you arrive at 1603 N 29th St, look for a corner house with tan/yellow siding. Park in front of the house just off the street. The property has an electronic Schlage lock on the front door, so you won't need keys during your stay.
Using the Door Lock

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt with wifi connectivity. To unlock the door:
- Press the home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
- Type in the code we sent you
- The door will automatically unlock
If you see a red X when entering the code, a digit was likely pressed incorrectly. Try again and it should work. If the problem persists, contact us and we'll check the lock right away.
If you notice a lockbox on the property, please ignore it and use the keypad instead.
Check-Out
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stands in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services you used
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
- Close any open windows, turn off lights, and lock the back/side doors and front door (press the lock button on the bottom of the e-lock keypad)
- If you brought pets, pick up any waste in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an $80 cleaning fee
House Rules
- No house parties
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll handle the rest
Amenities
Bedrooms: The property has 4 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds and 3 twin beds.

Coffee: A Keurig-style coffee maker is available in the property. We provide generic coffee flavors, cream, and sugar. If you prefer specific brands or flavors, we recommend bringing your own.
Laundry: Complimentary in-house laundry is available. The washer and dryer are located downstairs near the back of the home. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Please clean out the dryer lint after each use to prevent fire hazards.
TV: The property has a smart TV with streaming apps. Simply press an app and log in for unlimited movies and TV shows.
Parking: Free off-street parking is available in front of the home. You may also park in the driveway in the back if you prefer, though you'll need to walk around to the front to enter the house.
Garbage: Garbage day is every Friday. Please take garbage and recycling bags to the trash cans behind the home and move them to the road for pickup before Friday morning if possible.
Lawn Care: The lawn care company visits Friday mornings or early afternoon. They work quickly and will stay out of your way.
Mail and Packages: We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, use the local post office's general delivery service. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Provide clear delivery instructions if you choose this option.
Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates may not reach you.
Items Left Behind
If you leave personal items at the property, we're happy to help retrieve and ship them to you. Shipping costs and our time involved will need to be paid before we can send the items.
