Welcome to our home in Idaho! Whether you're spending time with friends and family or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This manual includes check-in information, amenities, house rules, and recommendations to help make your visit great.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns through text or via your booking platform. Text and messages usually reach us quicker than phone calls, which we reserve for urgent matters.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When you arrive at 523 1/2 18th Ave S, you'll find a two-story, multi-family home with gray siding. Park your vehicle along the street, making sure not to block driveways of other homes.

Go to the right side of the house (north side) closest to the neighbor's fence. You'll see a set of stairs leading up to the back door. At the door, you'll see the numbers 1/2 and a keyless entry deadbolt lock with a keypad.

Door Lock

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt—a wifi lock with no keys or lockboxes needed.

To unlock the door:

  • Press the home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
  • Type in the code we sent you
  • The door will automatically unlock

Note: The electronic lock automatically locks after 4 minutes. If you see a red X when typing the code, a number was likely pressed by accident—try again. If it still doesn't work, send us a message and we'll check the lock right away.

Quiet Hours

Please keep music at a reasonable level. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.

Check-Out

  1. Place all used bath towels in the bathroom
  2. Load all used dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle (detergent is under the kitchen sink)
  3. Empty all garbage cans and place bags in the garbage bins outside the front door
  4. Place the TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services
  5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
  6. Close any windows, turn off lights, and lock the front door by pressing the button on the bottom of the e-lock

House Rules

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you'll help us take care of our space.

  • No house parties
  • Strict no pets policy (pet cleaning fees start at $500)
  • Strict no smoking or vaping indoors (you may smoke/vape outside; smoke remediation fees start at $1,000)
  • Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest

Amenities & Services

  • Sleeping: Our suite comes with 1 full-sized bed.
  • WiFi: Network: ARRIS – 2A8D Password: 5G2445300346
  • Parking: Free street parking is available right in front of the home. There are usually a few open spots to choose from.
  • Coffee: We have a standard drip-style coffee maker. We provide generic coffee flavors along with standard cream, sugar, and filters. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
  • TV: The property is equipped with a full smart TV. Press one of the apps and log in for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV to access hundreds of channels.
  • Washing Machine & Dryer: Complimentary in-house laundry is available so you can have clean clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are next to the front door, and we provide detergent. Please clean out any lint from the dryer after use, as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.
  • Garbage: Garbage day is every Wednesday morning. If your stay overlaps this day, please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup. The garbage cans are just outside the front door.
  • Lawn Care: Our lawn care company comes by on Tuesdays and is usually quick to mow and get out of your way.

Mail & Packages

We advise against having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend using the local post office's general delivery option. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Please provide clear instructions to delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.

Items Left Behind

If you leave personal items behind, we're happy to help retrieve and ship them to you. Please be aware that shipping costs and our time involved will need to be paid before we can send the items.
