Welcome to our home in Idaho! Whether you're spending time with friends and family or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This manual includes check-in information, amenities, local recommendations, and answers to common questions.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns through text here or via your booking platform. We kindly request that you reserve phone calls for urgent matters.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When you arrive at 2604 N 29th St, you'll find a house with gray siding and about 5 steps up to the front porch. Park your vehicle in front of the house just off the street.

The property has an electronic Schlage Encode deadbolt lock on the front door, so you won't need keys during your stay.

How to Use the Door Lock

To unlock the door:

1. Press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
2. Type in the code we sent you
3. The door will automatically unlock

The electronic lock automatically locks after 4 minutes. If you see a red X when typing the code, a number was likely pressed by mistake—try again. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll check the lock quickly.

There are no lockboxes or keys to use. If you see a lockbox, please ignore it and use the keypad on the front door.

House Rules

• No house parties
• Strict no smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000
• Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
• Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM

Checkout

1. Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room or bedrooms
2. Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle. Dishwasher detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink
3. Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins outside or in the garage
4. Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours
5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
6. Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the electronic lock
7. Since this is a pet-friendly home, pick up any pet waste in the yard. Failure to do this will result in an $80 fee for cleanup

Amenities

• Parking: Free off-street parking is available in front of the home. You can also park in the driveway in the back via the alleyway. If you park in the back, you'll still need to walk around front to enter the house.
• Sleeping: The suite includes 3 bedrooms—1 King and 2 Queens—plus 2 good-sized couches in the living room that can be used for sleeping.
• Coffee: A standard drip coffee maker is provided with generic coffee flavors, cream, sugar, and filters. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay. Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and balance chemicals and pH. Let us know if anything looks off or if it needs additional cleaning. Our cleaning crew also checks it after every guest.
• Ping Pong Table: Please do not jump, climb, or sit on the table. If paddles break or balls run low, let us know so we can get replacements quickly. Note that the door into the garage sometimes sticks depending on weather, and there is no heat in the garage.
• Fire Pit: For liability reasons, we cannot provide firewood, but firewood is available at nearby gas stations for just a few dollars. Use caution and keep flames smaller to avoid potential hazards. Fire pit utensils are kept in the garage on one of the shelves—please return them when you're done.
• TV: The property is equipped with smart TVs. Simply press one of the apps and log in for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
• Washing Machine & Dryer: Complimentary in-house laundry is available so you can have clean clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are in the hallway before the bedrooms. Detergent is provided. Please clean out any lint from the dryer after use, as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.

Property Services

Lawn Care

Our lawn care company comes by Tuesday mornings or early afternoon. They work quickly and stay out of your way.

Garbage

Garbage day is every Friday. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the trash cans in the alleyway behind the home before pickup.

Mail & Packages

We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend using the local post office's general delivery option. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Please provide clear instructions to delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.

Items Left Behind

If you leave personal items behind, we're happy to help retrieve and ship them to you. Please be aware that shipping costs and our time involved will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
