We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more. Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In & Access
Check-in time is 4PM (or anytime after) unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.
Arriving
Simply park your vehicle in front of the house (driveway or street). The property has an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door, so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay.
To use the Schlage deadbolt door lock, first press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light the keypad. Then type in the code we sent you, and the door will automatically unlock.
House Rules
- Remove your shoes when entering the home. - The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes. Please unlock it anytime you enter and exit the property. - This is a non-smoking home. Cigarette or marijuana ash will result in a minimum $500 fee from the damage deposit. - Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
How to Use the Door Lock

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt—a wifi lock with no lockboxes or keys needed during your stay.
To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the screen to light up the keypad. Type the code we provided, and the door will automatically unlock. If you see a red X when typing the code, a wrong number was likely accidentally pressed. Try again and it will likely work. If it still doesn't work, please message us so we can quickly check the lock.
Check-Out
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
- Close any windows if opened, turn off lights, lock the back and side door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on the bottom of the e-lock keypad.
House Rules
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.
- No house parties
- Strict no pets policy. Pet cleaning fees start at $500.
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000.
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest.
Amenities & Features
- Bedrooms: The suite comes with 3 bedrooms—1 King, 2 Full—plus a couch in the living room that is also a good size for sleeping.
- WiFi: Network: NETGEAR71 Password: breezyiris235
- Thermostat: Current settings when you arrive will likely be set at heat to 69°F and cool to 75°F. If you wish to adjust this, the thermostat lock pin is 0127.
- Parking: Free street parking is available right in front of the home, plus a driveway and garage. You should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
- Coffee: We have a Keurig-style coffee maker in the property. We provide some generic flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
- TV: This property is equipped with smart TVs in every room. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in for streaming movies and TV shows.
- Washing Machine & Dryer: We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all guests. The washer and dryer are in the hall next to the garage. We provide detergent and dryer sheets. Please clean out any lint from the dryer after use, as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.
- Fire Pit: We have a propane fire pit out back that you are welcome to use. When finished, ensure the propane tank is turned to the off position. Let us know if it is getting low or empty so we can replace it quickly.
Household Services
Garbage
Garbage day is every Thursday morning. If your stay overlaps this day, please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup. The cans are either in the garage or to the side of the house by the garage outside.
Lawn Care
Our lawn care company comes by Wednesdays. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
Mail & Packages
While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we do not recommend having packages delivered to the property due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
