We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more. Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When arriving at 2052 W Bella Ln, you will see a small drive in between 2 houses that leads to a second row of homes. Head back there and ours will be the first house on the left.

If you can fit, park your vehicle in the driveway. Please do not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes, and make sure the house next to you will be able to fit their car between yours and the fence to get out.

Door Lock

The property has an electronic Schlage Encode deadbolt with a wifi-enabled keypad. You will not need keys during your stay.

To unlock the door:

  1. Press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
  2. Type in the code we sent you
  3. The door will automatically unlock

Please note: The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes. If you get a red X when typing the code, a wrong number was likely pressed—try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us so we can check the lock.

Checkout

  1. Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room/bedrooms
  2. Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle. Dishwasher detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink
  3. Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins outside or in the garage
  4. Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours
  5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
  6. Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the e-lock

House Rules

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  • No house parties
  • Strict no pets policy. Pet cleaning fees start at $500
  • Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke/vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
  • Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest

Quiet Hours

Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Amenities

  • Parking: Parking can be tight. You are welcome to use the garage or the driveway, wherever your vehicle fits. We don't have a garage door opener, so to park in the garage you will have to enter the front door and open it by hand. If your vehicle doesn't fit, you will need to find street parking in the neighborhood. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
  • Sleeping: The home comes with 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and a decent-sized couch in the living room if you need extra sleeping space.
  • Coffee: We have both Keurig-style and traditional drip coffee makers. We provide some generic flavors along with standard cream, sugar, and filters. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
  • TV: The property is equipped with smart TVs. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in for streaming movies and TV shows.
  • Washing Machine & Dryer: We provide complimentary in-house laundry so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are upstairs at the end of the hallway. We provide detergent.

Please note: If you use the washer/dryer, please clean out any lint from the dryer as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.

Patio Furniture

The patio furniture has all of its accessories inside the patio table. Feel free to take these out to use the furniture, but please put them back to keep them in good condition.

Household Services

Garbage

Garbage day is every Thursday morning. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup if your stay overlaps on this day.

Lawn Care

Our lawn care company comes by Mondays. They are usually quick to mow and be out of your way.

Mail & Packages

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.

Items Left Behind

In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
