How to Access the Property
Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.
When arriving at 9297 W Calico, you will find a tan/green house with a red front door. Park your vehicle in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
The property has an electronic Schlage Encode deadbolt lock on the front door, so you won't need keys during your stay. To unlock the door, press the home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad, then type in the code we sent you. The door will automatically unlock.

If you see a red X when typing the code, a number was likely pressed accidentally. Try again and it will usually work. If the issue persists, please message us so we can quickly check the lock.
Check-Out Procedure
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
- Close any windows that are open, turn off lights, lock the back and side doors, and lock the front door by pressing the lock button on the bottom of the e-lock keypad.
- Since this is a pet-friendly home, please pick up any pet waste in the yard. Failure to do so will result in an $80 fee for cleanup.
House Rules
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.
- No house parties
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000.
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest.
- Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors to respect. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Amenities & Services

- Parking: Free street parking is available right in front of the home, and there is a driveway available for your vehicle(s). Garage access will not be given during your stay.
- Sleeping: The property has 3 bedrooms with a King bed, Queen bed, and Full bed. The couch in the living room is also available for sleeping.
- Coffee: Both Keurig-style and traditional drip coffee makers are available. We provide generic flavors along with standard cream, sugar, and filters. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
- Washing Machine & Dryer: Complimentary in-house laundry is available so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are located in the front next to the front door and garage. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
Please clean out any lint from the dryer after use, as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.
TV
The property is equipped with smart TVs. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in to access streaming movies and TV shows.
Garbage
Garbage day is every Wednesday morning. If your stay overlaps this day, please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup. The cans are located on the left side of the house when facing the street. The gate code is 9297.
Lawn Care
The lawn care company comes by on Tuesdays and is usually quick to mow and be out of your way.
Mail & Packages
We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
