Welcome to our home in Idaho! Whether you're spending time with friends and family or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This manual includes check-in information, amenities, recommendations, and answers to common questions. We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When arriving at 165 Heath Dr, you'll find a large lot with 2 RVs on the right side gravel area, a large grassy area, and a gazebo towards the back left. Phone service is spotty in the area, so we recommend reviewing the photo in your house manual ahead of time.

You may park in the gravel in front of the fence or open the gate fully to pull in.

To access the property:

  1. Go to the door of the left (larger) RV where you'll see a lockbox on the handrail.
  2. Use the code we sent you to unlock the lockbox and retrieve the key.
  3. Unlock the bottom right keyhole first, then use the same key in the top left keyhole to pull the handle and open the door.
  4. Place the key back in the lockbox anytime you leave the property to avoid losing it.

Check-Out

Checkout time is 11 AM.

  1. Place all used bath towels in the bathroom.
  2. Place the TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
  3. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
  4. Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the front door, and put the key back in the lockbox as you depart.

Amenities

  • Sleeping: The suite comes with 1 queen-sized bed and a tri-fold couch in the living area. You can comfortably sleep 3 people, and possibly 2 on the fold-out if they are smaller and/or children.
  • TV: This property is equipped with 2 TVs with Rokus plugged in. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV to access hundreds of channels.
  • WiFi: Wifi Network: Frontier 3136 Wifi Password: 4119679589
  • Coffee: We have a Keurig-style coffee maker on the property. We provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
  • Hot Water: The hot water tank isn't very large, but it heats up decently quickly when you run out. If you run hot water for a while, it will likely run out and need some time to heat up again.
  • Parking: Plenty of parking space is available in front of the property.
  • Garbage: There is a trash can just outside the fence. Our cleaning crew will take this to the dump after checkout.
  • Lawn Care: Lawn care is done weekly at the property. We usually schedule this when nobody is staying, but if it needs to happen during your stay, the crew will be quick and out of the way.

Laundry

Unfortunately, as this is an RV, we don't have a washing machine or dryer on site. The closest laundromat we know of is in McCall. We suggest packing with the expectation that you won't be able to wash your clothes during your stay.

Mail & Packages

We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery. Many delivery services won't deliver here at all, and we are unable to monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend using the local post office's general delivery option. They can receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please provide clear instructions to delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.

Items Left Behind

If you leave personal items behind at the property, we're happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be aware that there will be a shipping cost and labor involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
