Check-In

Check-in is any time after 4 pm.

When arriving at 165 Heath Dr, you will find a good sized lot, with 2 RVs on the right side gravel, a large grassy area and a gazebo towards the back left. We have a photo of this in our house manual we send you as well which we recommend looking at or screenshotting ahead of time as phone service is very spotpy in the area.

Feel free to park out front of the fence anywhere in the gravel, or open the gate fully to pull in.

After parking, go to the door of the right (smaller) RV where you'll see a lockbox on the handrail. Use the code we sent you to unlock this, and use the key to open the door. First, unlock the bottom right keyhole, then use the same key in the top left one to pull the handle and open the door. We recommend placing the key back in the lockbox anytime you leave the property to avoid losing it and costing a decent amount to replace it.

Check-Out

Checkout time is 11 AM.

  1. Place all used bath towels in the bathroom.
  2. Place TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
  3. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
  4. Close any windows, if opened, turn off lights, lock the front door and put the key back in the lockbox as you depart.

Amenities

  • Sleeping: Our suite comes with 1 full-sized bed and a full-size overhead bed. You can comfortably sleep 3–4 people.
  • WiFi: - Network: Frontier 3136 - Password: 4119679589
  • Coffee: We have a Keurig-style coffee maker in the property. We provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream and sugar. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
  • Hot Water: The hot water tank isn't very large, but it heats up decently quick when you run out. Just be aware that if you're running hot water for a while, it will likely run out and need some time to heat up again.
  • Parking: Plenty of parking space in front of the property—there shouldn't be any issues finding room for your vehicles.
  • Garbage: There is a trash can just outside the fence you can use. Our cleaning crew will take this to the dump after checkout.
  • Lawn Care: Lawn care is done weekly at the property. We will usually try to have this done while nobody is staying, but in the event they need to do it while you're there, they will be quick and out of the way.
  • Washing Machine & Dryer: Unfortunately, with it being an RV, we don't have the ability to have a washing machine or dryer on site. The closest laundromat that we know of is in McCall, so we would suggest packing with the plan that you can't wash your clothes during your stay.

Mail & Packages

While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times. Plus, many delivery services won't deliver here at all.

For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not end up reaching you.

Items Left Behind

In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
