We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
This manual is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more. Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In
Check-in time is 4PM unless early check-in has already been discussed and agreed upon.
Arriving
When arriving at 4226 W Perspective St, you will find a 4-plex with black fencing all along the front. Simply park your vehicle in front of the house. We have an electronic Schlage lock installed on the door so you do not need to worry about keys during your stay.
Using the Door Lock

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt wifi lock. You will not be using any lockboxes or keys during your stay. If you see a lockbox, please ignore it and use the keypad on the front door.
To unlock the door:
- Press the home button on the bottom left of the screen to light up the keypad
- Type the code we provided you
- The door will automatically unlock
If you get a red X when typing the code, a wrong number was likely accidentally pressed. Try again and it will likely work. If it still doesn't work, please message us so we can quickly check the lock.
Please Note
- The electronic lock locks automatically after 4 minutes
- Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors we have to respect. Our quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM
Checkout
Checkout time is 11am.
Check Out Procedure
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms and log out of any streaming services that are yours
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
- Place the garage door opener and pool key fob back on the counter next to the fridge and send us a photo of these. This is to protect you from the charge of replacing them if they are lost
- Close any windows if opened, turn off lights, lock the back and side doors, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on the bottom of the e-lock keypad
- Being that this is a pet friendly home, be sure to pick up any of your pet waste in the yard. Failure to do this will result in an $80 fee to have us do it for you. This is not included in your reservation as we do not charge extra for you to bring your pets
House Rules
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.
- No house parties
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke/vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1000
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
- Absolutely no hot items on the countertops. This will permanently damage them. Please be super cautious with this. We provide plenty of options for placing hot pans/plates

Parking
There is free street parking available right in front of the home as well as a garage in the back. If you use the garage, there will be a garage door opener in the kitchen available for you to use during your stay. If the garage door opener is lost, we will have to charge to replace it, so please make sure to put it back upon departure.
Sleeping
Our suite comes with 3 bedrooms: - 1 King bed in the upstairs master - 1 King bed in the second room upstairs - 1 Queen bed in the 3rd room
We also have a queen air mattress that you can use and a large sectional in the living room if anyone wishes to sleep on these.
Community Pool
To access the pool, there is a key fob in the kitchen that you can take there and use to scan in. It should be left on the counter or in a drawer next to the fridge. Make sure this is returned to the counter before departure as these are not easy to replace and could impact a future guest if lost or misplaced. Closing time is 10pm.
The community pool is open in the summertime for the neighborhood. As of right now, there is no set date for open/close as the neighborhood is brand new, but we will try to update this when we receive more info.
- Coffee: We have a traditional drip and Keurig style coffee maker in the property. We provide some generic flavors along with standard cream, sugar, and filters. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
- TV: This property is equipped with full smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom upstairs. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and login for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. You can also use the live TV option through Roku TV and access hundreds of channels.
- Washing Machine & Dryer: Available for your use during your stay.
- Garbage: Garbage day is every Tuesday morning. Please place garbage and recycling cans outside the garage door. They should be in the garage, and the trash truck will come along the alleyway to pick up all of the cans.
Mail & Packages
While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we would like to advise that it is not our recommended practice due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Additionally, please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
