Welcome to our home in Elkins! Whether you're spending time with friends and family or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This guide includes check-in information, amenities, local recommendations, and answers to common questions.

We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When you arrive at 90 Faulkner Rd, park your vehicle on the other side of the road, leaving room for others as much as possible. The property features electronic Schlage locks on each door—no keys needed. Enter the door code we sent you to unlock Room 202.

Door Lock Instructions

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt with wifi connectivity. To unlock:

  1. Press the home button on the bottom left of the screen to light up the keypad
  2. Type the code we provided
  3. The door will automatically unlock

If you see a red X, a number was likely pressed incorrectly. Try again. If the problem persists, text us and we'll check the lock right away.

Note: Ignore any lockboxes you may see—use the keypad on the front door only.

Check-Out

  1. Leave used towels on the floors and beds unmade
  2. Place the TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any personal streaming services
  3. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
  4. Close any open windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by pressing the button on the bottom of the e-lock

House Rules

We appreciate your help in taking care of our space.

  • No house parties
  • Strict no smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000
  • Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
  • No pets. Rooms 201 and 202 are pet-free. We understand service animal accommodations and ask that you consider switching to one of our other pet-friendly rooms to help us serve guests with allergies

Amenities

  • WiFi: Network: MyOptimum bb6357 Password: 4384-blue-75
  • Parking: Free street parking is available on the other side of the road.
  • Sleeping: The suite includes 2 queen-size beds.
  • Coffee: A Keurig-style coffee maker is available with a custom filter pod for your preferred coffee flavor. Generic creamer and sugar are provided, or bring your own flavors.
  • TV: A full smart TV with streaming apps and live TV through Roku TV. Log in to your apps for unlimited movies, shows, and hundreds of channels.
  • Outdoor Grill: An outdoor grill is available just outside the east door in a small hangout area. Grill tools are in the nearby cabinet. Please clean up and scrape food remnants after use, as this is a shared area.
  • Garbage: A dumpster is available on the other side of the road by the parking lot.

Housekeeping & Laundry

We do not offer complimentary mid-stay housekeeping, but you can purchase mid-stay cleans from our housekeeping crew. Contact us directly to arrange cleaning and linen/towel washing.

We do not have a washing machine or dryer available. For stays longer than 4 nights, you can request replacement towels and linens, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

For laundry services, Mary's Maytag laundromat is located at 159 Country Club Rd, Elkins, WV 26241.

Mail & Packages

We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, use the local post office's general delivery service. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Provide clear delivery instructions if you choose this option.

Note: Packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates may not reach you.

Items Left Behind

If you leave personal items at the property, we're happy to help retrieve and ship them to you. Please note that shipping costs and our time involved must be paid before we can send the items.
