Welcome to our home in Elkins! Whether you're spending time with friends and family or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This manual includes check-in information, amenities, house rules, and recommendations to help you make the most of your visit.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it. Room 203

Check-In
Check-in is available any time after 4 pm. When you arrive at 90 Faulkner Rd, park your vehicle on the other side of the road, leaving room for others as much as possible.
The property features electronic Schlage locks on each door, so you won't need keys during your stay. To enter Room 203, simply enter the door code we sent you on the keypad and the door will unlock.
How to Use the Door Lock

The door lock is a Schlage Encode deadbolt with wifi connectivity. To unlock the door:
- Press the home button on the bottom left of the screen to light up the keypad
- Type the code we provided
- The door will automatically unlock
If you see a red X when typing the code, a number was likely pressed incorrectly. Try again and it will usually work. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll quickly check the lock.
Check-Out
- Leave used towels on the floors and beds unmade
- Place the TV remote back on the TV stand and log out of any streaming services you used
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
- Close any open windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by pressing the button on the bottom of the e-lock
House Rules
We appreciate your respect for our space and house rules:
- No house parties
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
Amenities
- WiFi: Network: MyOptimum bb6357 Password: 4384-blue-75
- Parking: Free street parking is available on the other side of the road. You shouldn't have any issues finding a spot.
- Sleeping: The suite includes 2 queen size beds.
- Coffee: We provide a Keurig-style coffee maker with a custom filter pod for your preferred coffee flavor. Generic creamer and sugar are also available, or feel free to bring your own flavors.
- TV: The property has a full smart TV with streaming apps. Log in to any app for unlimited movies and TV shows, or use the live TV option through Roku TV to access hundreds of channels.
- Outdoor Grill: An outdoor grill is available for guest use just outside the east door in a small hangout area. Grill tools are stored in a nearby cabinet. Please clean up after yourself and scrape food remnants from the grill, as this is a shared area for the lodge.
- Garbage: A dumpster is available on the other side of the road by the parking lot for your use during your stay.
- Housekeeping: As a small lodge, we don't offer complimentary mid-stay housekeeping. However, you can purchase mid-stay cleaning services from our housekeeping crew. Contact us directly if you'd like someone to clean your room and wash linens and towels.
- Washing Machine & Dryer: We don't have a washing machine or dryer available for guests. For stays longer than 4 nights, feel free to request replacement towels and linens, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Mary's Maytag laundromat is located at 159 Country Club Rd, Elkins, WV 26241 if you need to wash clothes.
Mail & Packages
We don't recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend using the local post office's general delivery service. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Please provide clear instructions to delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely won't reach you.
Items Left Behind
If you leave personal items at the property, we're happy to help retrieve and ship them to you. Please be aware that shipping costs and our time involved will need to be paid before we can send the items.
