We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
This page is your full guestbook that includes check-in info, amenities, recommendations in the area and much more. Make sure to reference this if you have any questions, as this likely answers them for you.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In
Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.
When arriving at 11163 W Silver River Loop, you will find a house with brown siding and a white garage door. Park your vehicle either in the driveway or directly in front of the home on the street. Please do not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.
Electronic Door Lock
The property has a Schlage Encode deadbolt wifi lock. You will not need keys during your stay.
To unlock the door:
- Press the home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
- Type in the code we sent you
- The door will automatically unlock
If you see a red X when typing the code, a wrong number was likely pressed. Try again and it will usually work. If the issue persists, please message us so we can quickly check the lock.

Check-Out
- Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle. Dishwasher detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink.
- Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins outside.
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours.
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
- Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the electronic lock.
House Rules
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.
- No house parties
- Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000.
- Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest.
Amenities
- Bedrooms & Sleeping: Our home comes with 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full bunk beds, and a Futon if you need extra sleeping space.

- Parking: Free street parking is available right in front of the home as well as in the driveway.
- Hot Tub: The hot tub has a control panel on the left side as you get in that controls heat, jets, and lights. You can turn on jets 1 and 2 with 2 power settings. To add more power, there are 3 dials located around the edges of the tub that twist and open the valves more.
Hot tub maintenance comes by every Monday to sanitize the water and check acidity levels. You may see some discoloration for a short time after maintenance due to chemicals added to balance the pH.
Coffee Maker
We have a standard drip style coffee maker in the property. We provide some generic coffee flavors along with standard cream, sugar, and filters. If you want anything specific, we recommend picking some up beforehand.
Smart TVs
This property is equipped with smart TVs for you to use. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in for streaming movies and TV shows.
Washer & Dryer
We provide complimentary in-house laundry to all guests so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are next to the garage. We provide detergent, so you don't have to worry about picking any up during your stay.
Please note: If you use the washer/dryer, please ensure you clean out any lint from the dryer as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.
Fire Pit
For liability reasons, we cannot provide firewood for the fire pit. However, there is a Home Depot and a few gas stations nearby that normally have plenty on hand for only a few dollars. Please use caution when using the fire pit and keep the flames smaller to avoid any potential disasters. Utensils for the fire pit are kept in the pantry on one of the shelves; please return these to their spot when you are done.
Household Services
Garbage
Garbage day is every Thursday morning. Please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup if your stay overlaps on this day.
Lawn Care
Our lawn care company comes by Tuesdays. They are usually quick to mow and be out of your way.
Mail & Packages
While we understand the convenience of having deliveries, we do not recommend having packages delivered to the property due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please ensure you provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. However, please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
We understand that accidents happen, and we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
