We are happy to welcome you to our home! Idaho is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

This manual includes check-in information, amenities, local recommendations, and much more. Please reference it if you have any questions. We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In

Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.

When arriving at 2416 East Tiger Lily Drive, you will find a house with white/gray siding and garage, and a large tree to the left of the driveway. Simply park your vehicle in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

Electronic Door Lock

The property has a Schlage Encode deadbolt with a wifi-enabled keypad. No keys are needed during your stay.

To unlock the door:

  1. Press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
  2. Type in the code we sent you
  3. The door will automatically unlock

If you see a red X when typing the code, a wrong number was likely pressed. Try again and it will usually work. If the issue persists, please contact us.

Please note: The electronic lock automatically locks after 4 minutes.

House Rules

Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.

  • No house parties
  • Strict no smoking or vaping indoors policy. You may smoke or vape outside. Smoke remediation fees start at $1,000
  • Please clean up excessive messes; we'll take care of the rest
  • Please ensure music is played at a reasonable level as we have neighbors to respect. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM

Check-Out

  1. Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room or bedrooms
  2. Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle. Dishwasher detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink
  3. Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins outside or in the garage
  4. Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours
  5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
  6. Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by hitting the lock button on top of the electronic lock
  7. If you brought pets, pick up any remains in the yard so future guests do not have to deal with them. Failure to do this will result in an $80 fee

The property has 3 bedrooms equipped with 3 queen beds and 2 futon couches.

Using the futons: Unzip the back and pull out the brace legs to ensure stability. Push the backs forward to unlock them, and they will lay flat. Extra blankets and pillows are in the coat closet at the front. If you use these, please don't put them back as our cleaners will need to know to wash them.

  • Hot Tub: The hot tub is yours to enjoy during your stay. Hot tub maintenance comes by Fridays to clean and ensure the chemicals and pH balance are correct. Please let us know if anything looks off or if it needs additional cleaning.
  • Pool Table: Pool cues cost $80 each if broken and need replacement. Damage to the pool table itself can cost up to $800 in repairs. Please be kind to our table.
  • Coffee: We have a standard drip coffee maker with generic coffee flavors, cream, sugar, and filters provided. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
  • TV: The property is equipped with full Hulu, Disney, and ESPN streaming. Simply press one of the apps on the TV for unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
  • Washing Machine & Dryer: Complimentary in-house laundry is available so you can have a clean set of clothes before you depart. The washer and dryer are located in the front next to the master bedroom and garage. Detergent is provided.

Please note: If you use the washer and dryer, clean out any lint from the dryer as too much buildup can be a fire hazard.

Fire Pit

For liability reasons, we cannot provide firewood. Home Depot normally has plenty available for only a few dollars. Please use caution when using the fire pit and keep the flames smaller to avoid potential disasters. Utensils for the fire pit are kept in the garage on one of the shelves; please return them when you are done.

  • Parking: Free street parking is available right in front of the home as well as a driveway. You should have no problems finding a space for your vehicle(s).
  • WiFi: Network: LeisureLodging/LeisureLodging-5g Password: TigerlilyStays
  • Garbage: Garbage day is every Thursday morning. If your stay overlaps this day, please take garbage and recycling bins out to the street for pickup.
  • Lawn Care: The lawn care company comes by Tuesday mornings or early afternoon. They are quick to mow and be out of your way.
  • Mail & Packages: We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property due to the variable nature of delivery services. We cannot guarantee the safe and timely delivery of packages, as we are unable to monitor the property at all times.

For a more secure option, we recommend utilizing the local post office for any deliveries using their general delivery option. They are equipped to receive and store packages until your convenient pickup. Please provide clear instructions to the delivery personnel if you choose this option.

Please be aware that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.

Items Left Behind

In the event that you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be advised that there will be a shipping cost and our time involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
