We are happy to welcome you to our home! Indiana is a great place to live or visit, and we are delighted to share it with you. Whether you are spending time with friends or family, or working away from home, we hope your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
This manual includes check-in information, amenities, local recommendations, and answers to common questions. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out through text or via the booking platform you used. To ensure prompt assistance, we kindly request that you reserve phone calls for urgent matters.
We strive to offer a 5-star experience to our guests. If anything is not up to your standards, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address and fix the issues.

Check-In
Check-in is available any time after 4 pm.
When arriving at 3115 Wild Cherry Ridge, you will find a 2-story house with tan siding. Park your vehicle in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
Electronic Door Lock
The property features a Schlage Encode wifi deadbolt—no keys needed during your stay.
To unlock the door:
- Press the Home button on the bottom left of the lock to light up the keypad
- Type in the code we sent you
- The door will automatically unlock
Please note: The electronic lock automatically locks after 4 minutes. If you see a lockbox, please ignore it and use the keypad on the front door.
If you get a red X when typing the code, a number may have been accidentally pressed. Try again and it will likely work. If the issue persists, send us a message so we can quickly check the lock.

Check-Out
- Place all used bath towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room or bedrooms
- Load all dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle (detergent is located underneath the kitchen sink)
- Empty all garbage cans and place the bags in the garbage bins outside or in the garage
- Place TV remotes back on the TV stand in the living room and bedrooms, and log out of any streaming services that are yours
- Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings
- Close any windows, turn off lights, lock the back patio door, and lock the front door by pressing the lock button on top of the electronic lock
House Rules
Being mindful of our house rules is appreciated and expected. We hope you love our space and will help us take care of it.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and keep smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. Smoking fees start at $500, plus the cost of cleaning and odor removal.
- Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the area. No loud music or shouting after this time.
- No parties allowed in the home.
- Do not adjust the pool pump, filters, or other equipment without contacting us first. Unauthorized changes can cause damage exceeding $2,000 to repair.
- Furniture must be returned to its original position before departure. If we need to move furniture back, we will charge $50 per hour.
Sleeping Accommodations
The house has 4 bedrooms with the following sleeping options:
- 1 King bed
- 2 Queen beds
- 2 Full bunk beds (capacity for 8 people)
- 2 Large sofas
Parking
Free street parking is available in front of the home. You may also use the driveway or garage. The garage door will need to be opened from the inside each time, as we do not provide a garage door opener.

Amenities
Hot Tub
The hot tub is open year-round. Our maintenance team cleans and checks chemicals frequently.
Pool
The pool is open from the 3rd week of May through the end of September. Our maintenance team cleans it and checks chemicals frequently. Our pool and spa company visits once per week (typically Thursday or Friday) to clean, sanitize, and ensure everything is working properly.
Keep in mind the pool may collect leaves and small animals during your stay. Frogs are common—simply use the net to remove them.
Pool Heating
A pool heater is available for an additional $20 per day (includes sauna access). Send us a message before turning it on.
To turn on the pool heater:
Go to the tan/grey box near the pool shed, just to the right of the door. The screen will have multiple options for pool, spa, and heating settings.
For the spa only: Select "spa" and set the temperature to around 100 degrees for a warm soak. You can turn this off between uses to save power.
For the entire pool: Switch settings to "pool" and set the temperature to around 90 degrees for comfortable swimming. Keep it at this temperature throughout your stay for consistency. Turn off the pool heater upon departure.
Pool Lighting: To turn on the pool lights, open the small breaker box next to the pool shed near the fence. Flip the farther breaker switch upwards to turn on the pool lighting. Please turn this off during the day and when you check out.
Laundry: We provide complimentary in-house laundry with detergent included. If you use the dryer, please clean out any lint, as excessive buildup is a fire hazard.
Coffee: A standard drip coffee maker is available. We provide generic coffee flavors, cream, sugar, and filters. If you prefer something specific, we recommend picking it up beforehand.
Television: The property is equipped with smart TVs. Simply press one of the apps on the TV and log in to access streaming movies and TV shows.
Locking the Back Door
To lock the back door, shut it all the way, then pull up on the handle until it clicks and activates the locking mechanism. You can then lock or unlock the deadbolt.
Garbage
Garbage day is every Tuesday morning. If your stay overlaps with this day, please take garbage and recycling bags out to the street for pickup.
Lawn Care
Our lawn care service comes by weekly. They don't have a set time, but they are quick and will be out of your way.
Mail and Packages
We do not recommend having deliveries sent to the property, as we cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery or monitor the property at all times.
For a more secure option, we recommend using the local post office's general delivery service. They can receive and store packages until you pick them up. Please provide clear instructions to delivery personnel if you choose this option.
Please note that packages or mail delivered outside your reservation dates likely will not reach you.
Items Left Behind
If you leave personal items behind at the property, we are happy to assist in their retrieval and shipment to you. Please be aware that there will be a shipping cost and labor involved that will need to be paid before we can ship the items.
